Despite all the doom and gloom in the press and the uncertainty in Europe early sign are that the recruitment market in the IT sector looks set to buck the trend again in 2012.

One area of concern for recruiters and employers has been the lack of suitable candidates for specific roles especially as there has been a high demand for roles in Development and Project Management and overall growth in demand for both Permanent and Contract vacancies.
